GR, it's not *very* direct, but there is a clock on the opposite wall. In terms of the photo frame, it's roughly at the top of the frame, half-way along the top edge.
Correction, not "at the top of the frame", but "in the top half of the frame" - more like the first quadrant. You'll find the clock just next to the door, below the false ceiling and AC vents.
